comfortable bed separate shower good lighting
The staff offered prosecco at check-in and that was a nice touch. my queen size bed was comfortable in the spacious room. the bathroom had a separate shower and a bath. Good lighting was also present.
the single pane windows let in a lot of street noise and i woke frequently during the night.

The location was great. It was easy to access many parts of the city. the room was spacious and well-appointed, it had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. the staff were always polite and eager to help.
The bar area was very quiet. It lacked atmosphere. the pastries at breakfast weren't fresh. They tasted stale. the room i had was very noisy, i could hear street noise all night.

the staff offered me a complimentary drink upon my arrival. they also took my bag to my room. i sat in the bar waiting for my friend. the staff was helpful.
the breakfast was not excellent. pastries tasted not fresh. the buffet offering was not as good as a 5-star experience! the food was poor.

room smell portable radiator
The hotel has a good location near Liverpool Street station.
My room smelled of smoke from a nearby pub. This was unpleasant. I also had issues with noise as deliveries to the pub at 6 AM caused shaking. There was no proper heating, only a small portable radiator that barely worked. the experience was disappointing.

a nice stay
comfortable bed complimentary water spacious room
The staff was friendly. check-in was smooth, and they offered complimentary water. we went straight to my room. It was spacious and had a very comfortable queen size bed. there is a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, tv, and a complimentary mini-bar with some cans of pop and budweiser.
i booked three nights expecting a good experience. upon arrival, i was informed about an upgrade as a member. however, the room provided was very small and outdated. after requesting a change, i received a slightly larger room, but it turned out to be a disabled access room.

The front desk staff were cute upon my arrival. The room included a drinks voucher that was valid until late.
